Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unopened
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or opened
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Custom or personalized items
- Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)
- Digital products or downloadable content
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the return authorization number with your return
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
